A 60-minute session where we turn your creative chaos into actionable structure. I help you clarify what your idea actually is, separate what belongs to it from what doesn't, and identify the exact entry point between thinking and doing.

What Happens in the Session

Setup (10 min): You dump the idea—messy, unfiltered, exactly as it lives in your head.

Excavation (20 min): I ask clarifying questions that reveal what you're actually building, who it's for, and what's blocking you.

Structure (20 min): We organize the chaos into a framework—core vs. nice-to-have, Phase 1 vs. Phase Eventually, foundation vs. decoration.

Entry Point (10 min): I give you your first concrete action—something you can do this week that moves you forward.
